Lee Hui Li

Managing Director, Microsoft Singapore

Hui Li is responsible for helping organisations in Singapore build resilience, empower digital natives, innovate using cloud and artificial intelligence, and nurture a culture of inclusion. She brings extensive experience in the business-to-business technology industry, leading global business services, consulting, channel ecosystems and go-to-market transformation for customers across Asia Pacific and around the world. Prior to this role, Hui Li was the General Manager for Microsoft’s Enterprise Commercial business in Asia Pacific, where she led an organisation of sales, technical and industry specialists who support businesses, enterprises, and partners on their digital transformation journeys. Prior to that, she was the Managing Partner at IBM, managing their ASEAN Global Business Services and led a large consulting sales and delivery organization. Hui Li also has experience in leading the Channel and ecosystem organization for IBM in Asia Pacific. Her professional experiences include regional and global leadership roles across Symantec, Dell, HP, and EY. With more than twenty-five years of experience in technology and consulting, Hui Li is a business transformation leader, driving innovation and building teams. She champions diversity, inclusion and allyship, having initiated mentorship and coaching programs for female communities.

Yuen Kuan Moon

Group CEO, Singtel

As the Group CEO, Kuan Moon directs Singtel Group's global strategy and oversees its consumer, enterprise and digital businesses. Moon joined Singtel in 1993 and held several leadership roles in Marketing, Business Development and Sales. His most recent appointment was CEO, Consumer Singapore, from June 2012 to December 2020. In this role, he led the Singapore consumer business to deliver an integrated suite of mobile, broadband and TV services. He was also responsible for driving the Group's overall digital transformation as Group Chief Digital Officer from August 2018 to December 2020. Moon sits on the boards of Singtel and its key subsidiaries. He has served on the Board of Commissioners in Telkomsel since 2009. In addition, Moon is a board member of GSMA, SkillsFuture Singapore and the Singapore Institute of Management. He is also a member of Singapore's Ministry of Communications and Information's Digital Readiness Council and the Monetary Authority of Singapore's Payments Council.

Sir James Dyson

Chairman and Founder, Dyson

James Dyson is the Chairman and Founder of Dyson. Working with Dyson’s 6,000 engineers and scientists he develops products which solve problems ignored by others through investment in science and technology. Dyson is deepening its in-house expertise in core technology areas such as batteries, motors, robotic vision systems, machine learning and material science. Dyson products, available in 84 markets, now span autonomous household vacuums, connected air purifiers, fans and humidifiers, lighting, hand dryers and hair care.

Sir James was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 2015, and in the 2016 New Year Honours was appointed to the Order of Merit. James was awarded a CBE in 1996 and a Knight Bachelor in the 2007.

The James Dyson Foundation inspires the next generation of engineers through its work in schools and universities. It does this with scholarships, engineering workshops, university partnerships and the annual James Dyson Award, an international student design competition. In 2017 James Dyson established The Dyson Institute of Engineering and Technology. The undergraduate engineers pay zero tuition fees and earn a full salary. As well as their degree studies, they work on real-life projects alongside world-experts in Dyson’s global engineering, research and technology teams.

John Churchill

Chief Technology Officer, Dyson

As Chief Technology Officer, John is responsible for leading Dyson’s global engineering efforts in problem-solving, and pioneering a new generation of Dyson technologies.

Prior to his current role, John served as Vice-President for Floorcare and Robotics, where he drove the innovation and development of new cord-free and robotic floorcare machines. He also led the transformation of Dyson’s cord-free product category from concept to mass production across Dyson’s research, design and development sites in the United Kingdom and Malaysia.

John brings with him over 20 years of experience at Dyson. He joined as a Graduate Design Engineer in 2001, and has helmed key projects such as the Dyson Airblade™ hand dryer and the second generation of handheld products. Since then, he has played an integral role in the development of over 50 products and technologies spanning different technologies and categories including floorcare, environmental care, professional, and robotics.

In 2012, he relocated to Southeast Asia, assuming the role of Design Director. He was then responsible for scaling Dyson’s technologies and bringing together all elements of the product development process – ranging from manufacturing, New Product Development, New Product Innovation, through to championing new technologies within Dyson teams.

Feon Ang

Managing Director, Linkedin, Asia Pacific

Feon is an accomplished business executive with over two decades of experience driving business growth and organisational transformation. A long-time veteran of LinkedIn, Feon joined the company in 2013, and since then, she has transformed how LinkedIn partners with companies on their talent priorities, especially during the pandemic. Feon founded EmpowerIn in 2017, a leadership development program at LinkedIn that has helped women realise their potential at work across the APAC region. Before LinkedIn, Feon spent more than 13 years at Gartner in various leadership roles. Her last role was Regional Vice-President, where she oversaw relationships with strategic client accounts across the Asia Pacific region. She was also instrumental in setting up offices in the region, including emerging markets in Southeast Asia and China.

Mr Seah Chin Siong

President and Chief Executive Officer, SIM

Mr Seah Chin Siong is currently the President & Chief Executive Officer of Singapore Institute of Management Group Ltd.

Prior to this, Mr Seah was the Chief Executive Officer of Singapore Pools (Pte) Ltd. He led the organisation as a trusted and responsible gaming operator in Singapore. In addition, he led the organisation in embarking on significant efforts to transform it into a modern and efficient entity. These included making Singapore Pools an online operator under the Remote Gambling Act, and launching Singapore Pools’ digital iShine Cloud in support of all charities and social enterprises in Singapore.

Mr Seah was also the founding Chief Executive Officer of IDA International, a subsidiary of the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA). He was responsible for crystallising and executing IDA International’s mission and vision to help public agencies deliver socio-economic outcomes enabled through public service infocomm.

In his earlier years, Mr Seah was the Managing Director of Accenture’s Public Service Operating Group for Asia-Pacific and the Country Managing Director of Accenture Singapore.

Sara Yik

Chief Human Capital Officer, SIM

Sara has over 20 years’ experience at CEO and Board level leading strategy and implementing large-scale performance improvement programs. She has worked extensively across Asia Pacific, Greater China, Europe and Middle East, and has held leadership roles for multi-million post-merger integrations, commercial excellence, portfolio management and performance improvement programs with MNCs such as Syngenta, Takeda, DSM and InterContinental Hotels Group.
