Course Overview

With the rise of the internet and technological advancements, the world has increasingly become more inclusive and interconnected. As a result, work has changed at a fundamental level, where individuals need to increasingly think beyond their immediate work environment and take active steps to learn and navigate the rapid changes that ensue.

Key skills that support the development of a global perspective include developing a data-centric mindset that actively seeks new knowledge and critically evaluates information through research and analysis; while individuals at the same time also need to develop socio-emotional skills to understand and adapt to different cultures with tact.
