At the Singapore Institute of Management Group Limited (SIM), we are committed to helping you achieve your highest aspirations through personalised innovative, skills-based learning experiences and opportunities.

Your privacy matters to us and we strive to be transparent in how we serve you with the data we have obtained in order to fulfill our commitment.

Ever since the Do Not Call (DNC) Registry and the Personal Data Protection (PDP) provisions came into effect in 2014, SIM has appointed a Data Protection Officer and put in place policies and practices to protect the personal data of our customers.

The personal data that we obtain may include but are not limited to name, age, credit card number, residential address, mobile or residential telephone number, personal email address, photograph(s) or video image(s) of an individual.

These aid us in the dissemination of telemarketing messages, surveys, and feedback forms as well as the provision of quality educational services, memberships and/or other services provided by the Group.

At SIM, we would like to assure that individuals do have the right to review, withdraw, update and/or correct any personal data or consent that were previously provided to SIM. These withdrawal processes are made available on SIM Global Education's and Professional Development Enterprise Learning's Personal Data Protection Policy webpages.

SIM respects and understands the importance of the protection of your personal data. To ask questions about our privacy policy and practices, contact us at dpadmin-simge@sim.edu.sg or dpadmin-sim@sim.edu.sg.
