2024 SIM OAC Malaysia X Willing Hearts – Event Highlights

On 30 June 2024, the SIM OAC Malaysia committee gathered our alumni for a heartwarming CSR initiative with Willing Hearts, a non-profit organization dedicated to spreading joy and support to those in need. 

From early morning, our alumni and local community volunteers gathered at the Willing Hearts community kitchen. The day was a flurry of activity, with tasks ranging from chopping vegetables and cooking delicious meals to packing food boxes and delivering them with a smile. The energy and teamwork were palpable as everyone seamlessly coordinated their efforts, driven by a shared goal of making a positive impact. 

The air buzzed with a sense of purpose and camaraderie as participants prepared hearty meals, packed food boxes, and organized the distribution efforts. This initiative aims to provide nutritious meals to underprivileged families and individuals, ensuring that no one in the community goes hungry. 

After a fulfilling day of hard work and heartwarming experiences, our alumni rewarded themselves with a delightful lunch at The Garden Slug. It was a perfect way to unwind, mingle and bond. The gathering also provided a fantastic opportunity for networking and reconnecting with fellow alumni, making the day even more memorable. 

The SIM OAC Malaysia x Willing Hearts event was a beautiful blend of giving back and creating lasting memories. Here's to more exciting and impactful initiatives in the future!
