2023 SIM OAC China, Shanghai - Event Highlights

大家好！We are happy to share that it was a big success for our 2023 Overseas Alumni Chapter (OAC) - China, Shanghai! Gathering with SIM China Alumni on the LineSun cruise around Huangpu River, on 21 May 2023, the event gave alumni an opportunity to rebond with old friends as well as establishing new relationships.

At the start of the event, a welcome note was given from Mr. Gerald Lum, Director, Brand, Marketing & Communications, followed by the appointment of our Pro Tem President, Ms. Zhang Hui and Secretary, Mr. Fan Chenlong. It was a significant moment as it represents the revival of the Overseas Alumni Chapter after three years of hiatus.

Two engaged seminars were featured during the OAC. The first speaker,Ms.Tan Lee Lee, Head of China at SBA Stone Forest, shared about her career journey, techniques of career planning and how to build a professional career from Singapore to China to the World!

Followed by our second speaker, Mr. Charles Xue, Senior Partner from SGLA Law Firm, shared about the legal industry, key milestones of SGLA Firm, how the company decided to implement the N+1 Model and how to change the traditional business model through N+1.

At the end of the event, highlight of the OAC has come on stage. Lucky draws with fabulous prizes were prepared for our participants, which added the evening with more excitement and surprise!
