SIM alumni will use their SIM mymail (lifelong access) to access both apps
If you have forgotten your SIM MyMail account details:

1. Provide either Student ID / NRIC / FIN / Passport No / Full Name / Phone Number / Personal Email Address
2. An OTP will be sent to your personal email address, Submit to retrieve information. Information will be sent to your personal email address.
3. Reset your account password if needed

Centre for Micro-Credentials (CMC) for Alumni

In celebration of SIM 60th Anniversary, SIM will be offering our alumni of SIM Global Education opportunities to develop industry-relevant skills and competencies through bite-sized courses.  

Alumni are awarded digital badge upon successful completion of the course, which are visual representation of the achievement gained from the micro-credentials. Digital badges may also be displayed on professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.  A digital badge contains metadata on the learner, the badge issuer, the criteria to earn it and the evidence that the criteria have been fulfilled. 

SIM Alumni Relations and CMC have curated the following categories of online, self-paced, asynchronous micro-credential courses exclusive to SIM Alumni: 

• SIM Online Micro-Credential Courses 
  • SIM Online Micro-Credential Courses comprises a series of Career-Readiness modules, as well as the SIM Core Modules series.  The SIM Core Modules series provides foundational understanding across different functional skills for the workforce of the future.  Courses under this category are at no cost to SIM GE Alumni during the period 1 October 2024 to 31 March 2025. 

 

• ICDL Online Micro-Credential Certification Courses 
  • ICDL is an international organisation dedicated to raising digital competence standards in the workforce, education and society.  Today ICDL is the world's leading computer skills certification.  ICDL’s certification programmes are designed, validated, and approved by academics and industry experts from around the world.  As an Accredited Test Centre of ICDL, SIM GE has selected seven modules to be offered to our Alumni.  Course fees for these seven ICDL modules are at preferential rates with substantial discount for bundle of 3 purchases.
